  • Amateur radio callsign, as defined by your local amateur radio administration
  • Reception report details (UTC date/time, frequency, mode)

  • Optional uploaded attachments submitted with a request

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information (such as health data, biometric data, or data revealing racial or ethnic origin).

  • Generate and deliver digital and/or physical QSL cards
